摘要
教师专业成长过程中,教学模式研究的是提升实践智慧的一种有效途径,在不同的阶段应达到不同的境界。首先是模仿、借鉴,熟悉多种教学模式;进而是活用、整合多种模式;最终是重构、超越模式,走向教学的自由的最高境界。
Studying teaching mode is an effective means to promote intelligence in teachers' professional development and reaches different levels in different stages. First of all, to learn and intimate, and then conform many kinds of models, finally go beyond models, and lead to liberty.
