摘要
辨味批评源于饮食,植根于生命,体现肉体思维,遵从快乐原则。食品的机械化大生产,丰富了人们的饮食,也提升了大众的生命活力,促成大众审美。与此同时,也带来了环境污染与生态失衡,造成生存危机,人类与自然的生命形态就此而引起高度重视,生态批评被重新唤醒。趁着现代性对生命的关注,以食味为契机,实现审美之味的现代性转型,味之美感也同时提供了参与全球对话的支点,从而构筑中西对话的平台,可以在世界舞台上发出我们自己的声音,这就是我们的追求与目的。
Distinguishing taste criticism originating from diet, has takan root in the life with the embodiment of body thinking and comply with the principle of happiness. Food mechanized manufatureing has enriched people's taste and refreshed their life as well as helped forced mass aesthetic. However, at the same time, environmented pollution and unbalanced ecological has been brought in resulting in existing crisis so that the ecosystem of human and nature has been taken .seriously again. And ecological criticism has began to be waken up. Following up the wind of modem society's close attention to the life, we should realize the modem transformation in flavour aesthetic judgment with the opportunity of taste, Not only flavour of aesthetic feeling provide a fulcrum of participating in global dialogue so as to build up a communication stage both for the west and the east, but also we can speak out in our own voice. That is our pursuit as well as our purpose.
