摘要
近几年来我国学者也分别从不同角度阐述了校本培训“是什么”、“为什么”、“怎么样”的问题。在此基础上,不少学者对校本培训核心理念的认识、目前校本培训存在的问题、如何提高校本培训的实效、校本培训的内容、校本培训方式(方法,途径)、校本培训如何促进新课程改革与教师专业发展、校本培训模式等方面作了进一步探讨。
The imported concept of inservice training is a major channel for primary and secondary school teachers to continue further study. In recent years, scholars involved have clarified the concept in terms of what, why and how. The paper presents some pertinent research on cognition of the essence of the concept, existing issues, efficiency promotion, training approaches and methods, and its role - play in curricular reform and teachers' professional development.
