摘要
对低(无)芥酸油菜中不同十八碳烯酸含量的进一步调整是油菜脂肪酸组成改良的第二步目标。本研究通过向普通无芥酸油菜导入低亚麻酸基因,探讨了这一改良的可能性。遗传分析表明,油酸、亚麻酸的遗传受1组主效基因控制;亚油酸的遗传受2~3组主效基因控制。相关分析指出,3种十八碳烯酸之间存在显著或极显著的负相关关系。经连续4代对亚麻酸含量进行负向选择,获得了亚麻酸含量为4%左右,油酸含量高达70%或亚油酸含量高于25%的株系。
The modification of oleic(OA),linoleic(LA)and lindenic(LLA)acid levels is the secondaryobjective for fatty acid composition improvement in B.napus L.In this study,the possibility of developing rapeseed cultivars with higher OA or LA and lower LLA content was examined by transfer of genes controlling lower LLA content in seeds into conventional cultivars with zero-erucic acid content.It was found that the inheritance of OA and LLA content was controlled by a set of main genes and the inheritance of LA content controlled by 2~3 set of main genes.Statistical analyses showed that there were significant or highly significant negative correlations among OA,LA and LLA levels.Stringent negative selections for LLA level for four generations resulted in some lines with LLA less than 4%,and with OA more than 70% or LA over 25%.
