摘要
目的:了解抑郁症患者的自我概念及影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法对100抑郁症患者进行调查,研究抑郁症患者的自我概念及影响因素。结果:发现56.0%的患者自我概念自评得分较低,男性伦理道德自我概念明显低于女性,体感受病程的影响,自我一致性和自我理想受文化程度的影响。结论:抑郁症患者的自我概念较低,应加强心理护理,提高抑郁症患者的自我认识。
Objective： To investigate the self-conception and its influence factors in patients with depression. Methods： 100 patients with depression were investigated by means of questionnaires designed by us, Results： Among these subjects, 56% of them had a lower score in self-conception, women had a significant higher score in ethics self-conception than men, the course of this disease had influence on body-feeling, and the degree of education influenced self-consistency and self-ideal. Conclusion： Patients with depression has lower self-evaluation.
