摘要
目的采用HPLC测定湖南金银花灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中咖啡酸的含量。方法采用C18柱;乙晴∶0.4%磷酸(11∶87)为流动相;检测波长327 nm。结果咖啡酸的平均回收率为97.82%(RSD=1.49%,n=3)。结论HPLC测定忍冬花中咖啡酸方法简单,准确,适应于灰毡毛忍冬原药材及其提取物的质量研究。
Objective To determine the content of coffee acide in Lonicera macrathoides Hands Mazz. by HPLC. Methods ODS was C18 ; The flowing condition was acetonitrile： 0.4 % H3PO4 （ 11 ： 87） ;λ = 327nm. Results The coffee acide＇ s RSD was 1.49%, n = 3. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, fitting quality studies on the original medicinal and its extraction of Lonicera macrathoides Hands Mazz.
