摘要
针对常规固井碰压系统不能满足复杂结构井完井需要的问题,研制了一种新型固井碰压系统。系统在实施内管选择性注水泥完井过程中,不仅能够实现钻柱的自由上提和下放,满足钻柱对井下工具的操作要求,而且有明显的碰压显示,碰压后,还能继续循环,将多余的水泥浆替出。该系统在富台区块油田的车古204-3井成功应用,实现特定井段选择性注水泥固井,既保证了固井质量,又避免了水泥浆污染油层,达到注水泥固井与油层保护的统一。
Since the conventional bumping system cannot satisfy the need of the cementing of complicated well, a new bumping system is developed for selective cementing, which is comprised of rubber plug throwing device, impact-proof plug seat and rubber plug. The structure and operating principle of the bumping system are introduced, and its field application is discussed with an example. The new bumping system can not only realize the smooth pulling and lowering of the drilling string, but also carry out slurry circulation continuously after bumping and replacing the redundant slurry.
