摘要
将大河流域作为经济开发的重点,这是世界各国比较普遍的发展规律。江苏得长江之利,区位优越,基础较好,利用沿江进行开发,是今后若干年内发展的重大机遇。本文从理论与实践的结合上提出了沿江开发的战略意义、环境比较、战略思路和战略重点,指出了应该注意的问题。
Regarding large river valley as the focal point of economic development, this is a more general rule of development of countries all over the world. Jiangsu has the profit of the Changjiang River, the position is superior, the foundation is better, utilizes and develops riverinly, it is a great opportunity of development in the following several years. This text has put forward strategic meaning, environment comparing, the strategic thinking and strategic emphasis that develop from combination of the theory and practice riverinly, have pointed out the question that should be paid attention to.
