Online Fouling-Preventing Technology of Gas-Liquid-Solid Three-phase Fluidization Circulating in Shell-side of Vertical Shell-tube Heat Exchangers

摘要 提出了分区切换送气形成正反方向交替的、内循环流动的三相流态化的在线清洗方法,并且用有机玻璃建造了由40根32 mm×3 mm×2 000 mm传热管组成的大型立式试验台.采用色水法其不同深度的截面速度场进行试验观测.结果表明:一根布气管可以带动每侧的2~3排传热管区域的流态化清洗;清洗气体的压力为壳程液体静压的1.10倍.这种清洗技术不仅结构简单,设备费用几乎不增加,操作方便,清洗费用低廉,而且污垢清洗均匀性好,速度快,无污染. It is quite difficult to remove fouling on the shell side in vertical shell - tube heat exchangers. An online cleaning technology was developed which utilizesd the internal circulation of three - phase fluidization that flow in two opposite directions by turns driven by feeding air. A large vertical plexiglass experimental set was designed and built with 40 heat transfer tubes of Ф32mm × 3 mm × 2 000 mm. The speed field in cross- section at different depths was tested with colored water. The experiments showed that three- phase fluidization could be generated in the area of 2 - 3 tube layers of each side with one tube of air holes. The amount of air required Q was calculated with the equation Q= 23.8(D^2 -Nd^2), the feed air pressure was equal to 1.1 times static pressure of shell - side liquid. Using this cleaning technique, not only the structure was simple, there was no extra cost, the operation was convenient and the cleaning cost was low; but also fouling could be removed uniformly and quickly without any pollution.
