摘要
冷饮与速冻工业的水冷器大多为列管式传热设备,管内冷却水实际运行的流速一般在0 5m s~1 0m s范围,无法采用塑料扭带进行自动清洗。本文研究的旋流轴承强化塑料扭带技术,可以在0 8m/s以下流速的管内实行自动清洗防垢,且流体阻力较小,结构简单。该技术能解决列管式传热设备由水垢引起的效率低下问题,具有较高推广应用价值。
Most water-cooling vertical condensers are shell-tube heat exchangers in refigerating systems,whose flowing resistance is not great and the structure is simple.The actual flowing velocity of water is generally in the range of 0.5—1.0 m/s,and it is difficult to have self-clean by using plastic twisted tape.This principle is that a spiral strip and an inner tube are set on the bearing,which is used to install the plastic twisted tape at the inlet end of each condensing tube.The flowing velocity can be increased because of the inner tube and the water can be led to flow spirally in the range of 0.8 m/s.This new technique can be spread and used conveniently.
