摘要
我国的和平崛起战略主要是争取和利用和平的国际环境来发展自己。由于跨界民族使我国的民族问题成为国际性,它直接影响我国与周边国家的关系,影响我国边疆的稳定。跨界民族问题也是国际反华势力和组织干涉我国内政,阻挠我国和平发展的主要借口。我们要从战略高度重视解决跨界民族问题,尤其是加大跨界民族地区的经济和社会的全面发展,使我国各族人民共同走向小康社会。
China＇s strategy of peaceful rising is to develop herself by making use of the peaceful international environment. Trana-border ethnic groups make ethnic issues in China becomes international, so it directly affects the relationship between China and our neighboring countries and the stability of our country border. It is also an excuse for international counter-China hostility forces and organizations to interfere with China＇ s domestic affairs and hamper the peaceful rise of our country. We must handle this problem strategically, Especially we should accelerate the development in economy and society in the regions of trans-border ethnic groups, making each ethnic group head for the well-off society.
