席夫碱钼(Ⅵ)配合物的合成、表征及生物活性研究

摘要 合成了硫代氨基脲与胡椒醛、6-硝基胡椒醛缩合而成的席夫碱及其钼(Ⅵ)配合物。通过元素分析,IR1,HNMR,MS,UV-vis光谱,摩尔电导率等对所合成的化合物进行了表征,谱学研究表明配合物中金属钼离子为六配位,存在C犤is-MoO22犦+结构。另外,研究了配合物对绿豆幼苗细胞存活率的影响,结果表明配合物对绿豆幼苗细胞有激活作用。 Schiff bases of thiosemicarbazide with piperonal(HPT) or 6-nitropiperonal (HNPT) and their Mo(Ⅵ) complexes have been synthesized. The synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis,IR, 1HNMR,MS,UV/vis,and molar conductivity. The six-coordinate structure with [Cis-MoO 2]^2+ group in the complexes is proposed on the basis of spectroscopic characterization. The actions of the Mo(Ⅵ) complexes on the cell survival rate of mung bean sprouts have been investigated.The results indicate that the complexes have the action on promoting the cell survival rate of mung bean sprouts.
