摘要
合成了O,O' 二乙基硫代磷酰肼5 溴水杨醛席夫碱的Mn(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)配合物,并用元素分析、UV、IR及摩尔电导对它们进行了表征.测定了化合物对水稻幼苗细胞存活率及POD活力的影响.
The Schiff base of O,O'-diethylphosphorohydrazonohionate with 5-Br-salicylaldehyde and its Mn(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ) complexes have been synthesized. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV/vis, and molar eletroconductivity measurement. The influences on cell survival rate and the activity of POD in rice sprouts of the compounds have been determined.
