摘要
用中老龄（羽化后８．７５—１４．７５和２４．７５日龄）大劣按蚊（海南株）与其４．７５日龄蚊（对照）同时在感染Ｂ株猴疟的同一供血猴上血餐，饱血蚊饲养至第６—８ｄ解剖检查蚊胃、第１２ｄ检查涎腺。结果表明中老龄蚊胃感染率（８５—１００％）与对照（７７—１００％）无显著性差异，涎腺感染率中龄蚊（８３—１００％）与对照（７５—１００％）无显著性差异，胃与涎腺感染率比值中龄蚊（０．９２—１．０）与对照（０．９３—１．０）均很高，中老龄蚊的卵囊均数（７．３—１１５．０）为对照（５．４—８３）的１．Ｏ３—１．５８倍。结果提示Ｂ株猴疟配子体对中老龄大劣按蚊的感染性未下降。感染后的半数存活时间（ＬＴ５０），中龄蚊（１１—１５）比对照（１３—１８）少２—３ｄ。
This paper reports on the comparative infectivity of gametocyts of Plasmodium cynomolgi B strain to the adult of Anopheles dirus (Hainan strain)of 4.75d(control),8.75-14.75d (middle age)and 24.75d (old age) after emergence.The experiments were performed in paired blood meals.The infection rates of the midgut of mosquitoes were 77-100% in the controls and were 85-100% in the middle-old aged mosquitoes,with differences statistically not significant(X2≤1.08,P>0.05).The infection rates in salivary gland were 75-100% in the controls and were 83-100% in the middle aged mosquitoes,with differences statistically not significant(X2≤2.28,P>0.05).The ratioes of infection rate(salivary gland/midgut) were 0.93-1.00 in the controls and 0.92-1.00 in the middle aged mosquitoes.The mean of oocyst was 5.4-83.0 in the controls and 7.3-115.0 in the middle-old aged mosquitoes.At the 8th day after infection the mean survival rate of the infected middle aged mosquitoes was 8.24%,slight lower than that in the controls.While that for the 14th day after blood meal was 18.83%.much lower than that in controls.The LT50(in days) of infected middle aged mosquitoes was 2-3 days shorter than that of the controls.The results suggested that the infectivity of ganetocyts of Plasmodium cynomolgi B strain was not decreased in mosquitoes 8.75-24.75 days after emergency.The project supported by National Science Foundation of China.
