摘要
本试验采用麻醉开胸犬经１２指肠灌注给予心肌宁药粉，大剂量组１ｇ／ｋｇ，小剂量组０．４ｇ／ｋｇ，３０分钟后可显著降低冠脉阻力，并增加冠脉流量；降低左室内压，左室舒张未期压和±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ，增加心输出量，心脏指数和心搏指数，并减少心肌氧利用率和耗氧指数。对心率和心电图无明显影响。综上所述，该药可降低心脏的前后负荷，减少心脏做功，并增加心肌供血，虽然减弱心肌收缩力，但不减少ＣＯ。
Xin Jining powder was given to anesthetized dogs with open chest through duodenal perfusion in two dosages;Large dosage: 1g/kg、and small dosage:0.4g/kg. Thirty minutes following drug administration there were significant changes as follows:decreased coronary resistnce with increased coronary flow, reduced left ventricular systolic pressure( EVSP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP), and ± dp/dt max, increased cardiac output(CO), cardiac index(CI), and stroke index(SI), with decreased myocardial oxygen utilization rate and oxygen consumption index. There were no significant changes in heart rate and ECG. It is concluded that this drug would decrease cardiac preload and after oad, reduce work done of heart, and increase myocardial blood supply. Although it weakened cardiac contractility, it didn't reduce cardiac output. Hence it possesses a certain protective effect on heart with viral myocarditis.
