摘要
用电刺激采精法，对３只雄性成年乌鸡进行１５只次试验，皆获得精液。与按摩法相比，电刺激采精法采集的精液量（０．５ｍＬ）显著高于按摩法（０．０９ｍＬ），精子活力无差异，平均每次射出的精子总数（４．１４亿个）比按摩法（２．３４亿个）显著增加。输精结果表明，受精率无显著差异。
Fifteen semen samples were obtained from 3 adult silk fowls by electroejaculation. The volume(0. 51 mL)and total number(4.14 hundred million)of an ejaculation by eleotroejaculation are higher than those by back massage method(0.09mL and 2.34 hundred million respectively).However,there are no differences in the percentage of progressing mobile sperm and fertility between the two methods.
