粟酒裂殖酵母絮凝颗粒均匀悬浮体系酒精生成动力学

摘要 本文利用粟酒裂殖酵母变异株自身絮凝形成的颗粒,作为固定化酵母细胞的方法,以双酶法制备的淀粉糖化液为底物,在有效容积2.35L小型悬浮床生物反应器中,研究了限量供氧条件下该絮凝颗粒酵母均匀悬浮体系酒精生成动力学,获得了酒精生成动力学基础方程。 Alcohol fermentation kinetics by the floes induced from self- flocculated Schizos acchannnyccs fombe was studied in an experimental scale suspended- bed bioreactor with a working volumn of 2. 35L. It was found that limited oxygen supply was necessary to maintain prolonged viability of the floes, and the floe size distribution also showed effects on fermentation kinetics. A kinetic model described this alcohol fermentation was proposed as followswhere ψp and ψq were effective factors describing the effects of floe size distribution and limit ed oxygen supply respectively.
