摘要
本文以酵母细胞自身絮凝形成颗粒作为固定化细胞方法,建立了单釜有效容积0.5m^2、二釜串联的中试装置。以淀粉糖化液为底物,采用末级反应器连续补糖的工艺方案,在平均稀释率为0.10h^(-1)的操作条件下连续稳定运转近一个月。当淀粉糖化液总糖浓度为180~200g/L时,反应器中絮凝颗粒酵母浓度控制在30~40g(d·w)/L范围内,终点发酵液中酒精浓度达到85g/L左右,残余总糖降至5g/L以下,计算出反应器的平均设备生产强度为8.4gEtOH/1·h。
Based on the bench scale experiment results using yeast floe particles to produce ethanol from saccharified solution of starch,a pilot plant of two suspended-bed bioreactors in series with a total column volumn of 1.0m3 was set up and had been operated about one month without disruption. The SBB was driven by air and a limit oxygen was supplied,in which the floes concentration of 30-40g(d. w)/L was maintained. As a result,it was confirmed that fermentation effluent contained more than 10% (V)ethanol and less than 0. 5%(W/V) total sugar was obtained. The average productivity was 8. 4g EtOH/L·h.
