摘要
详细研究了多种离子取代对La_2CuO_4电学性质的影响.Zn^(2+)和Mg^(2+)分别取代Cu^(2+)都使La_2CuO_4的电阻率显著增加,并且Mg^(2+)的作用比Zn^(2+)大。Ni^(2+)取代Cu^(2+)后,总的趋势是样品的电阻率降低,但La_2Cu_(0.8)Ni_(0.2)O_4的电阻率最高,这可能与相转变有关。结合La_2CuO_4的结构特征,文中对各种离子的取代作用进行了讨论.
In this work, we mainly study the influence of ionic substitutions on the electrical property of La_2CuO_4. The substitution of Cu ̄(2+) by Zn ̄(2+) and Mg ̄(2+) will raise the electricalresistivity of La_2CuO_4 and Zn ̄(2+)has a lower effect on the electrical resistivity than Mg ̄(2+). Totally speaking, the substitution of Cu ̄(2+)by Ni ̄(2+)will reduce the electrical resistivity.But sample La,Cu_2O_(0.8) Ni_(0.2)O_4 has the highest resistivity and the highest activation energy,this may be due to the phenomenon of phase change. The effect of each ion on the electrical property of La_2CuO_4 is discussed in detail in this paper.
