摘要
用等离子体处理方法在丝织物表面引入丙烯酰胺。丙烯酸单体,可分别提高其抗性及用阳离子染料染色的上染率及色牢度。通过SEM,ATR-IR,TIR,XPS,对未处理织物,等离子体处理织物,等离子体接枝织物、化学接枝织物、表面涂覆均聚物的织物进行分析,表明其上染率与抗性的提高是由于丝织物表面分子与单体发生接枝共聚所致,且其接枝共聚的机理与化学接枝方法有别。
Plasma grafting technique has been used to improve the surface properties of silk fabric. The crease recovery and dying affinity for cationic dyestuffs can be increased greatly by qrafting with AAm and AA monomer.The control sample, plasma-treated sample, chemical-grafted sample, polymer-coaled sample have been examined by SEM. ATR-IR. XPS. We discussed the mechanism of plasma-grafting and found that it is different from the chemical grafting's.
