摘要
长期以来,如何改善刀具的切削性能;以提高生产率,刀具寿命一直是人们致力于研究的课题。本文将 CVD、等离子注入,辉光离子渗氮等技术综合运用在试验中,以寻求一种经济的离子束表面改性途径,并就此做了一些可行性的试验分析。本文通过用 SEM、AUG、XPS 等进行测试分析,进而为现代表面技术进一步运用于切削加工中提供理论依据。
For a long time,people have been trying to solve the problem about how to improve thecutting quality of tools in order to raise their productivity and prolong their life.The topicdiscussed composite application of CVD,Plasma ion implantation and Ion nitriding in sometests,in order to find out an economic way of surface optimization by using ion beam treat-ment technique.For this purpose some feasibility tests and analysis have been done by usingSEM,AUG,XPS etc.These will provide theoretical basis for the further application of modern surface technique to the metals cutting.
