摘要
中药平消片是一种有效的抗癌药物。本文６２例中晚期肺癌随机分为２组：用药加放射综合组，即在放疗同时，日服平消片１５片，分３次服；单放组，仅单纯放射治疗。在用药加放射治疗组中，当照射量达６５～７０Ｇｙ，完全缓解率为３４．３％，总有效率为９０．６％；而单放组完全缓解率为１８．７％，总有效率为７０．０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。１年存活率。综合组为６３％，单放组为５６．７％（Ｐ＜０．０５），平消片对病人无特殊副作用。
The Ping Xiao Plan was an effective anti-cancer drug.The 62 cases of advancing and advanced lung cancer were divided into two groups:taking the medicineals radiotherapy.Inthis group the patients were asked to eat 15 pieces of Ping Xiao Plan 3 times a day with radiotherapy. The mere radiotherapy.In this group the pationts took nothing but radiotherapy.When the dosage of radiology was up to 65-70Gy in the group of taking the medicine andradiotherapy,the complete remission rate was 34. 3 %,the total effectine rate was 90.6%.Butin the group of mere radiotherapy the complete remission rate was 18.7%,the iota effectiverate was 70. 0% (PM O.05).The one--year survial rate of chemo--radiotherapy was 63%,butthat of mere radiotherapy was 56.7%(P>0.05).Ping Xiao Plan had no special side effectsto the patients.
