PET工业用丝皮芯双折射差异的测定及其对纤维性能的影响

摘要 在PET熔融纺丝过程中,由于单丝内外层冷却条件不同,引起纤维皮芯双折射的差异.用直接补偿法可以测定纤维皮芯双折射率的分布.最后对这种皮芯双折射差异对纤维热定型之后PET工业用丝的模量、干热收缩及强度和耐疲劳性能的影响进行了讨论. During the melt spinning process, as a result of more rapid cooling of the filaments on their outside the orientation of the molecules in the sheath is greater than in the core. Thus there is a difference of the birefringence between sheath and core which can be measured by direct compensation method, the effects of which on the property of PET industrial filament after heat treatment are discussed.
