摘要
本文讨论了在考虑热效应下半导体器件中载流于运动的数学模型，它是一个由3个抛物1个椭圆耦合而成的混合初边值问题。本文证明了此间题的弱解存在唯一性，从而推广了文献[5]、[6]。
In this paper,We investigate the mix of a aprabdlic -elliptic coupled System arising in the carrier transport in semiconductor devices affected by a temperature field. The global existence and uniqueness result of the weak Solutions to the problem are proved.
