摘要
本实验探讨了牛磺酸(Tau)对小鼠脑单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性的影响。结果发现,在Tau以10μmol/L作用后,MAO活性无明显变化。当浓度增至20、40、80μmol/L时,MAO活性明显下降(P<0.05及P<0.01)。实验结果表明,Tau可降低MAO活性,从而减少多巴胺的降解。据此实验,从生化角度上解释了Tau治疗一些神经系统疾病的机制,如帕金森病、精神抑郁症。
Taurine(Tau) is a similar to GABA. Its some effects were found on the central nervous system in these years. In this experiment, it can decrease the activity of MAO in the mice brains in 20μmol/L(P<0.05)and 40,80μmol/L(P<0.01). In this way, Tau increases the DA in the brains. This result can explain the mechanism of treatment of some nervous system disease with Tau.
