摘要
目的探讨电刺激腹侧被盖区(VTA)及损伤前脑内侧束(MFB)对后侧伏核(PNA)神经元电活动的影响。②方法应用电生理学方法,记录了正常大鼠、帕金森病(PD)大鼠模型健侧、6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)损毁MFB侧PNA神经元的自发放电,同时观察电刺激VTA对PNA神经元放电的影响。③结果电刺激VTA后神经元多数呈抑制反应(t=2.17,P<0.05);正常大鼠自发单放电频率较PD大鼠模型损毁侧放电频率低(q=3.49,P<0.05),而与PD大鼠模型健侧PNA神经元放电频率相比较,差别无显著意义(q=2.89,P>0.05)。
Objective To study the effect of electrical stimulation on the ventral tegmental area and medial forebrain bundle(MFB) lesion on the firing of neurons in the posterior nucleus accumbens. Methods Electrophysiological technique was used to investigate the neuronal firing of the posterior nucleus accumbens(PNA) in normal intact and Parkinson's disease(PD) and 6-hydroxy-dopamine(6-OHDA) injured MFB rats. The change of firing rate of the ventral tegmental area after electrical stimulation(VTA) were observed. Results Most of the neurons exhibited inhibitory response to electrical stimulation of the VTA(t=2.17,P<0.05). The firing rate in normal rats was less than that of 6hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA) injured MFB sides (q=3.49,P<0.05), but almost similar to that of nonlesioned sides in PD rats(q=2.89,P> 0.05). Conclusion The results demonstrated that the neuronal activity of PNA received inhibitory regulation of VTA through MFB.
