摘要
缩短抄表时间,加快资金回笼,改善用户服务是研究供水企业营业收费系统的焦点问题.本文通过对营业收费系统三种运行模式的探讨,提出了一套现阶段较为适用的营业收费电脑操作模式.
Problems in running a water fee system are focused on fields to reduce the period of water meter data gathering, accelerate the fund flow and improve the service for users. Inquiring into three running models in water fee management a full com- puterized running model of water fee system suitable in the present stage is recommended in this paper.
