随着信息化时代的到来,服务行业竞相以高科技手段提高服务效率、降低管理成本。某电力集团运用电力需求侧管理理念,以用电服务中最基础的抄核收流程为试点,成立了业务流程创新小组,大胆引入现代科技,探索电力营销业务流程的创新。新流程在减少人力的情况下大大提高了工作效率,具有出错几率低、线损率低、抄表时间及线损掌握精确等优点,并同时为用户提供了增值服务。
With the era of information coming, high technology measures are us ed by service industries to improve serving efficiency and lower administrative costs. Under the guidance of DSM theory a certain power company sets up a busine ss process reengineering team based on the fundamental reading-check-billing flo w of the power service, they lead modern technology bravely and start their busi ness process reengineering explore of power service. The new process improve eff iciency greatly under the circumstance of lowering labor. It has the advantage o f low false rate and low line loss rate and accurate reading meter time and gras ping line loss level. At the same time it provides the accurate service for the users.
