碳/碳复合材料中的立方石墨初探 被引量:1

Initial Inquiry of Cubic Graphite in Carbon-carbon Composites

摘要 在研究碳/碳复合材料的晶体结构中发现了非六方石墨结构,通过对比X射线衍射的特征峰、衍射角、衍射强度及碳/碳复合材料的理论密度,初步证实了非六方石墨即为立方石墨,并说明了立方石墨的存在,可使碳/碳复合材料的石墨化程度提高,致密性增加。 In study of crystal structure of carbon-carbon composites,a new graphite crystal medel-nonhexa-gonalhas been discovered.Through the synthetic contrast of X-ray diffraction peak,diffraction angle,diffraction intensity and theoretical density,nonhexagonal graphite namely cubic graphite has beenpreliminarily confirmed,and the existence of it can improve the graphitization degree and increase thedensi-fication degree of carbon-carbon composites.
