摘要
通常描述在间歇搅拌釜中固体颗粒吸附过程的数学模型为常-偏微分方程组,本文基于被吸附组分浓度在固体颗粒内的分布为抛物线型的假定,导出了该过程的近似模型,该模型为一常微分方程。用本模型计算了2种类型的吸附等温线的吸附动态过程,并与相应的实验数据进行了比较。结果表明,本模型具有形式简单、计算简便且结果可靠等优点。
Based on the parabolic assumption for the intraparticle concentration profile, an approximate model is developed for nonlinear adsorption in the bacth adsorber. In contrast to the usual partial differential equations, the model is in the form of an ordinary differential equation. The results with the model agree well with the experimental data of two different types of nonlinear adsorption, which indicate that the model has a singnificant advantage in numerical compution and is more tractable for parameter estimation of nonlinear adsorption.
