摘要
采用自制的高效液相色谱-微波等离子体炬发射光谱联用装置,用乙二胺和柠檬酸作淋洗液,氩气作等离子体工作气体,考察了各种实验参数对分析Fe(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅱ)的影响。列出了数种水样中Fe(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅱ)的测定数据,并与分光光度法的结果作了对比.
Fe (III) and Fe (II) in water are determined by high performance liquid chromatography-microwave plasma torch atomic spectrometry using ethylenediamine and citric acid as eluent and Ar as carrier and support gas. Influence of experimental parameters on the determination is examined. Experimental results for several water samples are presented and are compared with the results obtained by spectrophotometry.
