介绍了超临界流体萃取技术在检验食品中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯、氨基甲酸酯农药残留量中的应用。
The supercritical fluid extraction techniquc bas been used for determining residues of organophospborous, organocblorine, pyrethroids and carbamates in food by gas chromatogaphy. The opcrational procedures are described and the cbromatograms obtained are presented.The results show that SFE is a rapid and efficient extraction method, and can reduce environmental pollution.
