摘要
生物传感器作为一种新的分析工具,在食品污染检测中具有广泛应用价值。该文主要介绍了生物传感器的工作原理、分类及其特点,并对其在食品农药残留检测中的应用进行介绍。
Nowadays,more and more attention is paid to the food safety.Biosensor as a new kind of analytical instrument its principle,type and character were discussed.The application of biosensor in the determination of contaminations,particularly pesticide residue in food were also reviewed.
