摘要
本文用流动注射分析法研究了过氧化物模拟酶催化过氧化氢新型荧光底物(N,N’-二氰甲基邻苯二胺,DCMOPA)的最优条件。结果表明,该系统可用于定量测定过氧化氢及催化剂氯化血红素的浓度。将此体系与葡萄糖氧化酶催化氧化葡萄糖的反应偶联可实现对葡萄糖的测定,其线性范围为8.1X×0-6~2.4×10-4mol/L,检测限(S/N=2)为1.6×10-6mol/L。用标准加入法测定人血清中葡萄糖含量,获得满意结果。
The oxidation of a new fluorogenic substrate,N,NI-dicyano-methyl-o-phenylenedi (DCMOPA,I),catalyzed by hemin hat been studied by flow injection Method.The experimental conditions were optimized.The results showed that this reaction system could be ugsed in quantitative determination of both hydrogen peroxide and catalyst hemin.By coupling this reaction with the oxidation reaction of glucose with glucosidase,glucose could be determined in the linear range of 8.,1×10-6~2.4×10-4mol/L with the lowest detection limit of 1.6×10-6 (S/N=2).The glucose concentrations in human serum were determined by standard addition method with satisfactory results.
