摘要
本文报道了Ag—phen─TPPS4光度法间接测定硫离子的新方法。疏离子的测定范围为0~0.14μg/mL,摩尔吸光系数ε438=5.2×105L·mol-l·cm-1。用吹气法分离环境样品中的硫离子,以三乙醇胺的氢氧化钠溶液作吸收液,测定结果与亚甲基蓝标准法一致。
A method of indirect spectrophotometric determination of trace sulfide ion with silver (Ⅰ)-1, 10-phenanthrolines-tetra-(4-sulfophenyl) porphyrin (Ag-phen-TPPS4) was reported in this paper, and the experimental conditions have been optimized. the effects of more than 20 kinds of interference ions are examined. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.14μg/mL for sulfide ion, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 5.2×105L·mol·cm-l. the method can be used for the determination of sulfide ion in waste-water and the results are well agreed with that obtained by standard method.
