摘要
基于氢氧化钠溶液中,S^(2-)对H_2O_2氧化I-的反应有催化作用,固定反应时间,将此催化体系与二苯胺碘酸钠氧化显色反应相偶合,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量硫离子的新方法,并讨论了其动力学条件。方法灵敏度1.4×10^(-11)g/mL,测定范围1.0~12.0ng/mL。操作简便快速,用于测定天然水及含硫工业废水中的痕量硫离子,结果满意。
Trace sulphides in sodium hydroxide media have a catalytic effect on the oxidation of potassium iodide by hydrogen peroxide. After a fixed reaction time, the unreacted hydrogen peroxide can be determined spectrophotometrically by its chromogenic reaction with sodium diphenylaminesulphonate. By coupling these two reactions, a new catalytic photometric method for the determination of trace sulphides has been proposed. The kinetic aspects of the reactions were discussed. The detection limit of the method is 1.4×10-11g/mL,and its linear range for sulphides is 1.00~12.0 ng/mL. The linear regression equation is A=0.027+0. 066 Cs2,and the correlation coefficient is 0.996.The optimal conditions are as follows:a mixture of 2.00 mL4% NaOH,1.00 mL 0. 15 mol/L KI,1.00 mL 0.10 mol/L H2O2,and 2.00 mL 0.05% sodium diphenylaminesulphonate is diluted in a colourimetric tube to 25 mL. The catalytic reaction time is 30 min at 20~25℃, and the chromogenic reaction time is 10 min at 100℃, Twenty-five coexisting ions were found to be non interfering for sulphide determination. The method is simple and rapid,and has been applied to the determination of trace sulphides in natural waters and industrial waste waters satisfactorily.The recovery rate is 87~102%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is1.5~3.1.
