摘要
本文论述了峰谷电价在调峰、均衡用电负荷、提高发电供电效率等方面的作用，提出了分时电价的设计和实施方法．探讨了峰谷电价的经济杠杆作用和需方管理对调峰、节能和提高现行发供用电各方效率的作用．
This paper states the function of peak - valley electricity price in regulating peak .balancing load improving the efficiency of electricity generating and suppling, and proposes the project and application of time-of-use rates. We discuss the economy lever function of peak-valley electricity price and the function of DSM (Demand Side Management ) in regulating peak, economizing energy resources and improving the efficiency of the present power system.
