摘要
作者针对第一跖背动脉的变异对第二趾移植术的影响，用７３只防腐固定足标本及１５只过氯乙烯灌注的新鲜足标本，比较了第二趾的跖底及跖背供血动脉的显微解剖特点及差异，结果表明：第一跖底动脉与第一跖背动脉相比，在对第二趾的血供及第一、二趾间血供分配上无显著差异．但是，第一跖底动脉位置及走行恒定，到第二趾的分支较第一跖背动脉略粗，平均０．９４ｍｍ，血供分布相对集中，变异较少，是第二趾移植合适的供血动脉．
To further
explore the effect of lst dorsal metatarsal arterious variations on the conventional 2ndtoe- to-
hand transfer, the authors compared the difference and microscopic anatomical characters of
the plan-tar metatarsal artery with those of the dorsal metatarsal artery in 73 antiseptic
specimens and 15 fresh speci-mens perfused with perchlorovingl resin. The result revealed
that:compared with dorsal metatarsal artery,the plantar metatarsal artery was constant in its
location and course without remarkable variation. There wasno significant difference in its
blood supply to 2nd toes as well as in its blood distribution to the great and 2ndtoes in all the
specimens. The diameterof its branch to 2nd toe was larger than that of the dorsal
metatarsalartery, which justified its use as a suitable blood supply artery to the 2nd toe for the
transfer.
