摘要
用纯甘油脱水保存１５～１２０天的人、猴角膜片进行了３例人给猴，５例猴给猴表面角膜镜片术，结果２例人给猴，４例猴给猴的表面角膜镜片术后获得透明愈合；２例因层间上皮植入而失败，观察时间３～２４个月。于术后３、６和２４个月对实验动物角膜作了光镜观察、证实表面角膜镜片的上皮及基质内的角膜细胞被受主所替代，其结构与正常角膜相仿。
Three human corneal grafts were implanted into monkey's eyes and five monkey corneal grafts were implants into monkey's eyes. These donor grafts were preserved by dehydration with pure glycerine for 15￣120 days. As a result, two cases of heterogrfts and four cases of homografts obtaind transparent. The observation period was 3￣24 months. The other two cases failed because epithelial cells had been implanted between donor lenticule and host corneal bed. Light microscopy of the operated corneas was done in 3.6 and 24 months after the operation. It was confirmed that the corneal epithelia had been recovered and keratocytes in the donor lenticule had been repopulated in six cases. The recovered structure was similiar to that of the normal.
