摘要
大承气汤是通里攻下法的代表方剂，在急腹症中应用范围很广，已取得明显效果。为进一步探讨其抗炎、抗休克等药理作用的分子机制，本实验于体外观察了大承气汤对单核巨噬细胞分泌细胞因子的影响。结果发现大承气汤能激活正常人单核细胞（ｍｏｎ）及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞（Ｍ）分泌肿瘤坏死因子α（ＴＮＦα）、白细胞介素１及６（ＩＬ－１，ＩＬ－６），同时还能抑制由内毒素诱导的上述因子的过量分泌。从而进一步证实了大承气汤抗炎及增强机体免疫功能的可能机制。

observed the effect of Da Cheng Qi Tang on end otoxin-induced monocyte andmacrophage
secretion of TNF,IL-1,IL-6. In the result we found that Da Cheng Qi Tang couldinhibit cytokines
secretion induced by endotoxin.We also found that Da Cheng QiTang couldstimulate monocyte to
secret cytokines.So it was further proved that Da Cheng Qi Tang has thefunctions of
anti-inflan1mation, anti-septic shock and of improving blood circulation,and has pos-sible
molecular mechanism.
