寒下药物对致病大肠杆菌DNA合成的抑制作用 被引量:19

摘要 本实验选用大承气汤、承气合剂及单味大黄对临床腹腔感染患者体内分离出的致病大肠杆菌行体外DNA合成抑制试验.结果表明,随着寒下药物浓度增高,大肠杆菌DNA合成是下降趋势,其抑制 E.coli DNA合成程度几与庆大霉素相同,表明寒下药物抑菌机制是通过抑制细菌的DNA合成,从而抑制致病菌的增殖生长. The pathogenic E. coli was isolated and cloned from the pus in peritoneal cauity of infectiveperitonitis patients. The DNA synthesis of pathogenic E. coli could be inhibited by Hanxia herbs(P<0. 005). The greater the concentration of herbs added in the culture solution,the lower thecontent of the labeled DNA could be counted. The extent of the inhibitory effect of E. coli DNAsynthesis by Hanxia herbs was almost the same with Gentamycini. It is suggested that the mecha-nism of the bactericidal effect of Hanxia herbs is by the way of inhibiting DNA synthesis, there-fore inhibiting the differentiation and growth of bacteria.
