摘要 本文改进了甲壳质和壳聚糖的传统生产工艺,采用了连续浸酸法和间歇脱乙酰法制得了高质量的甲壳质和壳聚精,并通过正交试验分析了碱的浓度、反应时间及温度对壳聚糖的粘度和脱乙酰度的影响,提出了制取高质量壳聚糖的理想工艺条件。 In this paper the author improved the technology of chitin and chitosan. High quality chitin and chitosun have been prepared with continuous treat-ment of low concentration of HCL and intermittent deacetylation by washingin water of the intermediate produc,The influence of concentration-ofNaOH,time and temperature of NaOH treatment on the properties of chitosanhas been researched by method of orthorgonal experiment and worked outthe reasonable preparatine conditions of chitosan with high viscosity and highdegree of deacetylation.
