摘要
用家兔作为实验动物，以3个给药剂量建立氯敌鼠中毒模型，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定染毒免各脏器组织中氯敌鼠的含量，探讨氯敌鼠中毒死亡与体内含量的关系。
Nine rabbits were orally admir listrated with three doses of 10mg/kg, 41mg/kg and 82mg/kg ofchlorophacinone to establish model. The relation ship between chlorophacinone poisoning and its con-tents in rabbit's main organs was chscussed.
