摘要
观察了正常和不同伤类共185只大鼠的肺脏病变。在单纯冲击伤和烧冲复合伤动物肺内发现一种较为特殊的肺泡内结晶体。结晶体为表面光滑,质地均匀的一种板层状结构,常多层平行排列,每层厚约3~5μm。横切面呈长方形,长约20~80μm,宽10~15μm。该结晶体主要见于伤后24~72h,复合伤组发生率高于单冲组。伤后3d,多数结晶体染色变浅,周围有较多Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞增生和单核细胞浸润。7d后结晶体少见。特殊染色表明,此结晶体为血红蛋白或血红素所形成。
Quite a lot of crystal bodies were found in the pulmonary alveoli of the rats in the 24th to 72nd h after they were inflicted with overpressure blast injury or combined burn-blast injury.Morphologically,surface and even density.They were 20~80μm in length, 10~15μm in width and 3.5μm in thickness.On the 3rd day postinjury many alveolar typeⅡcells and mononuclear cells proliferated around these bodies which became understained. Fifteen days after injury,no crystal bodies could been seen in the alveoli.It was confirmed with special staining that these crystal body were formed with hemoglobin.The significance of the occurrence of crystal bodies after blast or combined blast-burn injury was discussed.
