摘要
本工作观察并比较了1次缺氧,重复4次缺氧以及未经缺氧的正常小鼠脑细胞中磷脂组分含量的变化。结果表明,1次缺氧鼠磷脂酰乙醇胺(phosphatidylethanolamines,PE)。磷脂酰丝氨酸(phosphatidylserine,PS)、含量显著升高,磷脂酰胆碱(phosphatidylcholines,PC)、鞘磷脂(sphingomyelins,SM)含量显著下降,但经4次重复缺氧后,除SM含量仍继续下降外,PE、PS含量比1次缺氧显著回降,PC含量显著回升,三者均趋近于正常对照水平。结果提示,急性重复缺氧,可能使脑细胞中磷脂发生相应的适应变化,从而明显增加动物对缺氧耐受性。
Changes of composition and content of phospholipids in mouse brain were observed and compared in 3 groups: 1 ) hypoxia exposure only once,2)repeatedly for 4 trials,and 3)normal controls without exposure. In group 1)the content of PE and PS increased significantly and that of PC and SM decreased significantly,while in group 2)the content of PE, PS and PC was all changed significantly when compared with group 1 ),all phospholipids contents tended to come close to normal level. These findings suggested that acute and repetitive hypoxia may produce adaptive change of the brain phospholipids and thus markedly increase animals’tolerance to hypoxia.
