摘要
急性胆道感染后12小时开始,肝Kupffer细胞(KC)对14C标记的活大肠杆菌吞噬功能持续下降,而肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)吞噬功能进行性上升。KC在感染后12小时肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)分泌达到高峰,此后变得耐受,AM在感染12小时后TNF分泌持续上升,并保持在高水平直至48小时。
welve hours since the onset of acute cholangitis the phagocytic function of
hepaticKupffer cells on the 14C-beled living B.coli diminished progressively, but that of
pulmonaryalveolar macrophages increased progressively. 12 hours after the infection, the
tumor necrosisfactor (TNF)secreted by Kupffer cells reached its peak level,and there after
becametolerated, whereas TNF secreted by pulmonary alveolar macrophages increased
continuouslyand remained at high level up to 48 hours.
