摘要
测量了20~40岁男女各50例的腰椎正侧位X线片,腰椎无异常所见,以其腰椎椎体前、中、后高度(a、c、p),作为a/p、c/p、an/an+1、cn/cn+1和pn/pn+1的正常参考值;在133例老年患者的腰椎正侧位片上检出腰椎压缩性骨折263个,仅用a/p和c/p参考值则检出157个,遗漏约40.3%的椎体骨折数。老年患者的椎体骨折数,女性多于男性,70~79岁组多于60~69岁组。
Abstract The anterior,cenitral and posterior heights(a,c,and p) of the vertebral bodies from L1 to L5 in 50 male and 50 female subjects,aged 20 to 40 years, without radiologic sign of osteoporosis or other abnormalities,were measured on lateral radiographs of the lumbar spine.The lumbar vertebrae of 133 elderly patients,aged 60 to 79 years,without a history of secondary osteoporosis,were assessed according to the reference values of a/p,c/p,an/an+1, cn/cn+1 and pn/pn+1 determined on the basis of the data obtained above to detect vertebral fractures.The fractures were classified into 4 types:wedge,biconcave, mixed and crush fractures.It was shown that if the reference values of a/p and c/p were used only, about 40.3% of the number of fractures would be missed.It was found that in the aged groups of 60-69 and 70-79 years,the incidence of vertebral fracture was higher in the female than in the male(P<0.001) and the incidence was higher in the 70-79 group than in the 60-69 group(P<0.05 in male,P<0.001 in female).
