摘要
以100例20~40岁胸椎正常患者侧位胸片的胸椎前(a)、中(c)、后(p)高度测值,计算a/p、c/p、pn/p(n+1)作为胸椎高度的正常参考值,评价了280例60~99岁老年人的胸椎,发现有胸椎椎体骨折者81例,骨折椎体数161个。将骨折分四型:楔形,凹陷性、混合型和压碎型,四型骨折椎体数分别为33、33,27和68。年龄与脊椎畸形分数相关(男性r=0.4005,女性r=0.4008,P均<0.001)。
Abstract The anterior,central and posterior heights (a,c and p) of the vertebrae T4 to T11 of 50 male and 50 female subjects,aged 20 to 40 years,without a history or radiologic sign of osteoporosis or other metabolic bone disease and without other radiographic abnormalities of thoracic spine,were measured on chest radiographs and a/p,c/p and pn/pn+1 were calculated to construct the norms of heights of thoracic vertebrae.The theracic vertebrae of 280 elderly patients,aged 60 to 99 years,without a history of secondary osteoporosis,were assessed on the basis of the normative data mentioned above to detect vertebral fractures.Eighty-one cases of vertebral fractures were discovered.The authors classified the fractures into 4 types:wedge, biconcave,mixed and crush fractures.The number of fractures was 33,33,27 and 68 respectively.The age correlated with the vertebral deformation scores (r=0.4005 in male, r= 0.4008 in female).
