摘要
目的寻求科学的糖尿病教育与管理方法。方法应用面向对象模块化处理的原理,自行设计制作糖尿病教育与管理软件并应用于临床。将60例初诊的糖尿病患者随机分为两组各30例,实验组应用该软件系统进行教育,对照组采用传统教育方法进行教育。结果实验组在相关知识掌握、自我管理能力以及血糖控制方面明显优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论糖尿病教育与管理软件可增强糖尿病知识的教育效果。
Objective To seek the scientific methods of diabetic education and administration.Methods The software of diabetic education and administration was self-designed based on the theory of modularized object. Sixty patients were ramdomly allocated into study group and control group. In the study group, the patients were subjected to the education with multimedia software and those in the control group with traditional method.Results In the aspects of mastering relative knowledge, self-managed ability and blood glucose controlling, the patients in study group were superior to those in the control group (all P<0.01 ). Conclusion It has practical value to use multimedia technique to education and administration. It can increase the effect of healthy education.
