摘要
从油库火灾爆炸安全综合评价研究的意义、目的、内容、国内外方法、发展状况及研究的展望等几方面进行了分析和说明。借助安全系统工程理论,主要运用事故树分析法、模糊综合评价法、灰色综合评价法、物元分析法、人工神经网络和层次分析法等对油库进行综合评价。并结合国外的道化学公司火灾爆炸指数法、作业条件危险性评价法等方法提出了适合我国实际的油库安全分析、预测、决策的安全综合评价体系,旨在从系统的角度在定性和定量方面全方位进行安全评价。
The paper analyses and illustrates several aspects of safety comprehensive evaluation research for oil depots fire-explosion, such as the meaning, aim, content, methods at home and abroad, developed conditions, research prospects, etc. In virtue of safety system engineering theory, FTA method, fuzzy method, gray comprehensive evaluation method, object-cell analysis method, ANN, AHP method etc are mainly employed in comprehensive evaluation for oil depots. Associated with foreign methods, such as Dow's fire-explosion index method, LEC, etc, the safety comprehensive evaluation system suited to China's reality about safety analysis, prediction, decision for oil depots is set up for the purpose of omnibearing qualitative and quantitative safety evaluation.
